May 10th, 2020. 9:32 PM. Sexual Solicitation. Suspect is an 18 year-old male, 6’0”. The suspect approaches the undercover Officer with the apparent intention of soliciting public sex. He proceeds to touch the undercover Officer’s body, at which point the Officer brandishes his badge and places the offender under arrest. When backup arrives, the Officers determine that they’ll have to get physical with the suspect in order to properly enforce the law. The suspect complies, allowing the Officer’s to do whatever they think is necessary to make sure he understands the full extent of his crime. The rest of this case is classified.
